CrossFit Untamed offers a different approach to training….
First things first, Fitness should be a life long goal, not a quick fix. We train for longevity, with the big picture in mind. Fitness should be functional. Life is unexpected, it requires you to be strong, mobile, mentally tough, and ready for anything. Your training should be the same way. It will make your life easier, more enjoyable and productive. Better fitness comes from building strength, being mobile, and doing the right amount for YOUR body. We aim to stimulate not annihilate.
Your success comes from having standards, and setting goals. You will learn proper skills and techniques on all movements and lifts. Including a wide variety of gymnastic skills, core strengthening movements and Olympic lifts. You will also learn how to track and evaluate your workouts. You will also build confidence and knowledge with each workout.
Push It! Results require hard work, sweat, and proper nutrition. We encourage you to step outside your comfort zone and see the difference. Intensity is key and learning how to push yourself. With constant variation you will never get bored, or plateau. Workouts are challenging, but fun. You will always have new challenges and goals to work towards.

We are a School of Elite Fitness, we have coaches leading every Workout Of The Day (WOD). The coaches as well as your peers will keep you accountable and motivated each and every time you workout. You will have the instruction and knowledge from the coaches to ensure you know proper execution of all movements and workouts. Not only will the coaches help you set and achieve new personal goals, they will help modify any workout and tailor it to fit you!

“CrossFit is a core strength and conditioning program. It is a program designed to elicit as broad an adaptational response as possible. CrossFit is not a specialized fitness program but a deliberate attempt to optimize physical competence in each of the ten generally recognized physical skills which are cardiovascular and respiratory endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, agility, balance and accuracy.
Aside from the breadth or totality of fitness the CrossFit Program seeks, our program is distinctive, if not unique, in its focus on maximizing neuroendocrine response, developing power, cross-training with multiple training modalities, constant training and practice with functional movements, and the development of successful diet strategies.
We train our athletes in gymnastics from rudimentary to advanced movements garnering great capacity at controlling the body both dynamically and statically while maximizing strength to weight ratio and flexibility. We also place a heavy emphasis on Olympic Weightlifting having seen this sport’s unique ability to develop an athletes’ explosive
power, control of external objects, and mastery of critical motor recruitment patterns. And finally we encourage and assist our athletes to explore a variety of sports as a vehicle to express and apply their fitness.” - Foundations, Glassman
