If you cannot do the muscle-ups do 120 pull-ups and 120 dips.
REST DAY IF YOU DID THE OPEN WOD YESTERDAY OR YOU CAN WORK ON A SKILL. IF YOU DIDN’T DO THE OPEN WOD YET, ITS ON FOR TODAY!!!

Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 15 minutes of:
155 pound Deadlift, 9 reps
12 Push-ups
15 Box jumps, 24″ box
BRING IT ON!!!! We are excited about this workout and you should be too! The standards for the movements are very strict. Please watch the video on the games site, it clearly explains the standards.
