Thursday 6.30.11

For time:
50 Box jump, 24 inch box
50 Jumping pull-ups
50 Kettlebell swings, 1 pood
Walking Lunge, 50 steps
50 Knees to elbows
50 Push press, 45 pounds
50 Back extensions
50 Wall ball shots, 20 pound ball
50 Burpees
50 Double unders

Does this workout look familiar? Yes it is the “Filthy Fifty” We did it as a team WOD a couple weeks ago. Try it again on your own, or find your teammate and try to beat your time!! We would like to welcome Stacey T to the Untamed family!!!

Complete as many rounds in 20 minutes as you can of:
7 Handstand push-ups
12 L-Pull-ups

Tuesday 6.28.11

For all of you that are worried about hand tears here is a good link to taping. Read it… Buy some athletic tape and practice taping up. A roll of tape is $5 bucks it goes a long way on the hands.

WE HAVE OFFICIALLY MOVED! ALL WORKOUTS ARE NOW AT THE NEW BUILDING LOCATED AT 4510 NE 68th Drive Vancouver. 98661 All class times are the same. Please show up on time for classes!

A big thanks goes out to Michael, Randy, Ben, and Josh for helping us with the move! You guys are awesome!! The new location is bigger and better we hope you will all love it! We won’t be painting the stripes on the walls since this is a temporary location but it will still be as untamed as ever! We appreciate all of your support, we really have the best CrossFit family in town!!!
