Ready For Workout 12.2??

Workout 12.2

Proceed through the sequence below completing as many reps as possible in 10 minutes of:

30 Snatch (M 75 / F 45 lbs)
30 Snatch (M 135 / F 75 lbs)
30 Snatch (M 165 / F 100 lbs)
Max Rep Snatch (M 210 / F 120 lbs)

This workout begins from the standing position. The athlete will complete all reps at the first weight before advancing to the next weight. Score is total reps completed in 10min.

We will be doing a lot of Snatch Practice prior to this workout. Please make sure you are comfortable with the lift. We will make sure everyone has proper technique before attempting the workout.

12.2 Will be Posted @ 5 p.m.

Weighted pull-ups 1-1-1-1-1-1-1 reps

Remember Open Workout 12.2 will be posted at 5 p.m. You can do it after it is posted or you can do it on Thursday. We did an awesome job last week with lots of enthusiasm and support. Lets keep it up!! I will also be doing a drawing this week for a prize! Keep it up!!

Short Sweet Little Met-Con!

Three rounds for time of:
Row 300 meters
20 Wallball shots, 20 pound ball
10 Pull-ups

Exciting news from Workout 12.1….. Bryan placed 2nd in our region, and 24th in the world with his 143 Burpees!!! Kevin’s son Kieren completed 99 reps! (for those of you who don’t know, he is 8 years old and actually holds 2 records on our leader board), and at 33 weeks pregnant Haley completed 41 reps!!! Once again I am AMAZED by all of you!!!!

11 Chest-to-bar pull-ups
2 Deadlifts, 315 pounds
10 Handstand push-ups

Awesome Job to all of those who completed the 7 minutes of burpee hell! our Top 3 scores for men were Bryan 143, Eric 123, and Caleb 117. Our top 3 scores for the women were Brittney 98, Lacy 88, and Amanda 87. We will be having normal WODs until they post the next Open Workout.
