The Challenge Is Over!

Hey all you whole life Challengers! You made it a whole month, well most of you did ;) How did it go? what did you like, not like? Share your thoughts to the comments! What are you going to do now, fall off the wagon or try to stay with it? We will be doing the weighing, measuring, and re testing today! The Baseline is going to be used as our warm up so be ready for that!

Then:

Deadlift 315#/205#
Box Jump 24″/20″

Last Day of the Whole Life Challenge! Everyone is looking great! Today is the last day to turn in a food log! We will be doing the weigh ins and baseline on Friday!

Welcome Back Workout!

Hey all! Hope everyone had a great Memorial Day weekend! Thank you for being flexible with our schedule this past week. Brittney is officially done with track and back in full Untamed swing. Kurt will be spending a lot of time getting the new place ready. Kurt, Michael, and James did a lot of work framing for the walls and the bathrooms but we still have a lot of work to do. It is going to look awesome when its done, we can’t wait until you all see it!!!  For those of you who don’t know Brandon A, (Brittney’s brother) is planning on becoming our next certified trainer! He will be helping coach classes starting this week! This is the last week for the whole life challenge! Make sure to turn in your food logs to get your bonus points! We can see some major changes in a lot of you already! keep up the healthy habits!

21-15-9 reps for time of:
95 pound Front squat
Burpee
Pull-up

50 Double Unders

If you can’t do DU’s use the standard sub. Jump over something high or learn how to do double unders.
