If you can’t do DU’s use the standard sub. Jump over something high or learn how to do double unders.







Thursday worked on double unders with situps
Friday did running, squats & pushups
Saturday – rest day
Sunday dug out fence posts/concrete and installed new posts
Monday did Sunday’s workout (21-15-9) in 7:27 and wasn’t laid out so jumped right into 1 round of today’s workout, 50 squats, 50 double unders.
