Well we are officially in the new box!! 14707 NE 13CT VANCOUVER 98685. Thank you so much to all who helped us not only this weekend but throughout the entire process. Michael, Cade, Eric, Bryan, Sam, Scott, Brandon, and Jonny. We couldn’t have done it with everyone’s help. From digging up the concrete, framing the walls, hanging sheet rock, painting, cleaning, and of course loading it all up just to unload it all again. Not everything is completely finished but we can operate as normal! The showers wont be finished for a few more months so anyone planning on showering will have to wait a little longer. Thank you again for all the help and support. We have worked our asses off to give you the best box in the Northwest, and can’t wait until you all can see it!

“Hope” has the same format as Fight Gone Bad. In this workout you move from each of five stations after a minute. This is a five-minute round from which a one-minute break is allowed before repeating. The clock does not reset or stop between exercises. On call of “rotate,” the athlete/s must move to next station immediately for good score. One point is given for each rep.
