I am CFL1 trainer and have been doing CrossFit for 9 years.
I was drawn to CrossFit due to the mix of gymnastics and weightlifting. I guess the cardio aspect is a solid plus too; but not my favorite :)
I love the community around it as well. You can’t beat the Untamed Family!
CrossFit challenges me mentally and always keeps me with a constant goal to improve in various areas of my training.
Finding motivation is never a problem within CrossFit.
