I have been a CrossFit coach and personal trainer for over 6 years. I like the diversity of workouts CrossFit provides and the community and friendships developed at the gym. My favorite movements include the Olympic lifts and pretty much any gymnastics exercises like muscle ups.
Apart from being a coach I have worked in a physical therapy clinic for two years, so I’m well versed in corrective exercises and rehabilitation protocols. I like to implement that knowledge to the classes I coach during the warmups and cool downs.
When I’m not at the gym I spend most of my time outdoors. I enjoy hiking, camping, skiing, playing and watching soccer, reading, and cooking.
