We have unlimited memberships, 3 day a week Options, as well as punch cards and weekly drop in rates for those who travel.

PERSONAL TRAINING

 Group classes aren't really your thing, or you have very specific training needs or limitations, we also offer Personal Training. Sessions range from 30-60 minutes, and are made by appointment only. 
We also offer group private training to make the cost per person cheaper if you and a few others you know have the same type of personal fitness goals. 

CROSSFIT CLASSES

Whether your goal is lose weight, get healthy, try something new or be competitive in the sport we can help you achieve anything you are after.

 

Classes are an hour long and led by a coach. Our program is constantly varied so you will never get bored, or plateau.

Workouts are challenging, but fun, and can be scaled or modified to fit all levels and limitations.

You will always have new challenges and goals to work towards.

FORTITUDE CLASS

Fortitude Fitness can be looked at as your typical "boot camp" style class but with a "wild one" twist. The main focus is about conditioning, directed core work, and mobility.

Fortitude offers safe, effective workouts – a “gentle” version of CrossFit with more emphasis on mobility and longevity and less on competition and intensity. We start where you are and take you to more than you thought you could be.
