I got introduced to CrossFit when I was in high school during my weight training class and it changed my life. I love how their is always improvements being done or needing done. The other thing I love about it is the community, which is more like a family to be honest.
As far as my background - I grew up doing sports and ended up playing college basketball for a few years until all I wanted to do was coach CrossFit and pursue fitness in life. I have coached for 6+ years and I love everything about it.
CrossFit helps with my competitive background but also makes fitness fun and exciting. I like to do local CrossFit competitions and recently in the year 2020 I was able to label myself as one of the fittest females in Washington state (10th place).
