I’ve  been coaching since February 2017.  I wanted to coach Crossfit because I’m a huge believer in the the value of Crossfit to improve one’s quality of life and life span through its development of  many fitness domains including strength and aerobic capacity. I love fitness and helping people and Crossfit is the perfect bridge. I have an MS in Kinesiology, am a certified strength and conditioning specialist and have my CF-lvl 1. A fun fact about me is, outside of Crossfit I love staying active through hiking and playing basketball.
